A diner like experience with a mix of American and Latin American offerings. One my latest visit I ordered of menu and had chicken fingers with rice and re-fried beans instead of fries; and a Jarritos lime soda.

Highly recommend! I've lived near this place for 20+ years and I avoided it until recently. They were always a greasy spoon breakfast place, with emphasis on grease. It still looks much the same if you walk by. But it is now under new management and SO MUCH improved! Their chef is Guatemalan and he is both a sweet person and an outstanding cook! I think they only bring out the Guatemalan menu after 4 pm (but you can try asking for one of his specialties). But I've been there 5 times in past 6-8 mos. & it got better every time. The gorditas and pupasas are especially recommended! For those who want breakfast, they still have plenty of egg and pancake choices too. These days this place rocks! Check it out, esp. if you live nearby. A great local business to support!
